Full Training Schedule for Ant-i1 Offline Selective Soldering System
We provide systematic on-site installation and hands-on training for all customers purchasing the Ant-i1 offline selective soldering machine. The full training program covers 5 working days in total, with detailed arrangements as follows:
1. Machine physical assembly, power wiring and solder pot melting commissioning (1 day)
2. Trial soldering test with customer’s actual PCB samples to verify soldering quality (1 day)
3. Standardized training covering daily machine operation, routine inspection and basic maintenance (1 day)
4. Independent hands-on practice for customer technicians, focusing on PCB soldering program creation, editing and debugging (2 days)
