The Flex-i2 supports dual independent flux valve configurations, allowing users to install either two identical flux valves or two different types of flux valves.

2. Parallel dual-nozzle synchronous soldering: Max working size 235 mm (W) × 508 mm (L) / 9.25" × 20"
Operators can flexibly configure multiple production modes via software programming: activate a single solder pump only, run both pumps simultaneously to double processing speed, or sequence large-nozzle soldering first followed by small-nozzle soldering for mixed component assemblies.
This dual-station architecture delivers outstanding production efficiency for manufacturers applying two separate flux types and two different soldering alloys. It eliminates massive downtime associated with traditional equipment rework: including flux tank draining & refilling, nozzle deep cleaning, flux valve replacement, solder pot exchange, waiting for tin melting, and solder pot position recalibration.
